Project ‘New Bruges’ built on a unique, central location at the railway station of Bruges
Phase III of the New Bruges (Nieuw Brugge) project will be built in a unique location at Bruges station, within walking distance of the historic centre. The project is part of a larger whole. Phase III consists of two new buildings with a green inner courtyard and connects seamlessly with the two previously completed phases. (24,650 m² including parking)
On the railway side, the building contains offices with a company restaurant intended for Proximus. To the east, the 4-star ‘Radisson Blu’ hotel has 106 guest rooms, 3 luxury suites on the 11th floor and several conference rooms on the 12th floor, downstairs houses a brasserie. The Penthouses are located on top of the office building and the hotel. These 17 luxury apartments offering hotel services are equipped with two or three bedrooms, large living spaces, spacious covered terraces and panoramic windows, providing a fantastic view of Bruges’ historical heritage. On the side of our previously realised Phase II project, an investment project is located that consists of 30 new-build apartments with one or two bedrooms and a pleasant terrace overlooking the green central square or the Bruges Vesten.
