Senior Project Architect
As a Senior Project Architect, you will be responsible for delivering challenging projects of a large and diverse nature.
- You have at least 10 years of relevant experience and an affinity for high-end architectural projects
- You will work independently & in a structured manner on a project throughout all its phases
- You will be the administrator of the project, ensuring smooth communication between clients, contractors and all other construction partners
- You will translate architectural decisions into reality, taking into account all constraints
- You keep up-to-date with current knowledge of construction costs, sustainability, new construction techniques, EPB, acoustics...
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bimcollab Zoom and BIM360 is required
- You are a good team player with strong communication and organisational skills to lead a team of project staff
- You are fluent in Dutch; good knowledge of French and English is an advantage
- You are available to work full time or at least 4/5 weekdays on a freelance basis to take responsibility for one or more dossiers

Technical Draftsman
As an Architectural Draughtsman you will be responsible for the in-house preparation of architectural plans at all stages from preliminary design through to construction. You will work under the guidance of our (senior) project managers.
- You have a passion for urbanism, architecture and interior design
- You will support the preparation and follow-up of construction and execution files (specifications, bills of quantities, detail drawings, etc.) including on-site follow-up support
- You have a high level of technical understanding, and take into account current building regulations while drawing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bimcollab Zoom and BIM360 is required, basic knowledge of Photoshop, Indesign and Enscape is an advantage
- You are fluent in Dutch; good knowledge of French and English is a bonus
- You are available full-time or at least 4/5 weekdays on a freelance basis to take responsibility for one or more dossiers.

Architectural Intern
As an Architectural Intern, you will work under the guidance of a project lead on building projects of varying size and programme, from competitions up untill construction stage.
- You will work in one of our teams under the supervision of a senior (design) architect
- You will help guide the project through all its stages by means of sketches, drawings, models, presentations...
- A professional demeanour comes naturally to you, and you are eager to learn and a good team player
- You will learn to work with Microsoft Office, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bimcollab Zoom, BIM360, Photoshop, Indesign and Enscape
- You are fluent in Dutch, a good knowledge of French and English is an advantage
