The new construction project ‘KOMET’ is the positive springboard to the adjoining neighbourhood in one of the most beautiful residential areas of tomorrow near the city centre, with sustainable basic principles, car-free park gardens and views of the water! Phase 1 consists of 6 building blocks with a high-quality mix of 128 residential units, 1,745 m² of commercial space, offices, catering and services, two underground parking garages and collective bicycle parking facilities. In addition to the mixed use main building on the Vesten, we also designed the luxury apartments on the waterfront, an intermediate link to assisted-living homes and a series of ground-level homes as a finishing touch to the building block. All suitable and linked as a fascinating gabarit and strip of diverse architecture based on the idea of ‘contemporary city architecture’.
A good master plan seeks unity in diversity. Breaking open the closed building block offers more perspective.
