Expansion and new construction of Denys office building
An office building represents an important business card for every company and ought to have a strong relation to its philosophy and activities. An innovative design with far-reaching detailing was achieved for Denys construction group.
Denys nv wishes to transform the existing office into a workshop.
The existing building, completed in 1972, was thoroughly renovated and extend by 30 meters. The sunshades on the south façade are made of expanded steel and move automatically depending on the position of the sun. The existing studio with adjoining sheds will therefore be demolished in the first phase.
On the same site, a new studio will be built with additional offices, a caretaker’s house and roof parking. The existing bicycle shed will be expanded.
