The residential development between Kauwlei and Broekbos comprises 68 apartments distributed across four apartment buildings and eight single-family houses.
The buildings follow the site’s natural topography, which features a level difference of approximately 3.8 metres. The apartment buildings are designed as dual-aspect units and positioned with attention to open space and views towards Broekbos.
Particular attention has been given to stormwater management, through the extensive reuse of rainwater and the integration of multiple infiltration measures across the site. The residential units achieve an E-level of E20.
