Binst Architects won the competition for the construction of a residential tower (75 m high) in Eindhoven. After an absence of eight years, the office is now back at our northern neighbours, in the ‘Silicon Valley’ of the Netherlands, and this tower will also be our tallest ever! With this we hope to have raised the scale of residential towers definitively. This three-part design manifests as an elegant urban element, in which unity and diversity are subtly alternated. Each section is provided with a specific crown that acts as a lantern and landmark in its surroundings. The white brick tower exudes clarity, robustness and an orderly layout.
