BINST ARCHITECTS was commissioned to develop several design proposals for an 80-story mixed-use tower, combining residential, amenities, lodging, office, retail, and parking functions.
The project explores how programmatic stacking, urban density, and architectural presence can converge into a single, powerful high-rise typology.
The tower is conceived as a distinct urban volume, with a clear composition of a base, intermediate zones, and a crown. Within this vertical organization, the program shifts from compact residential units to larger housing typologies and premium residences, complemented by communal facilities and outdoor spaces that provide the tower with quality and breathing room even at height.
