A proposal was submitted for the site for a restrained scenic installation anchored in the heart and soul of the family business spirit of the construction company Dethier.
The keywords here are ‘representativeness’, ‘timelessness’, ‘flexibility’, ‘collaboration’, ‘new way of working’, ‘multifunctional’, ‘hospitable’, ‘homey’, ‘mix of industrial and warm materials’ and ‘green experience’.
The result is a distinct office pavilion that is an atypical office building and accommodation where work, relaxation and dialogue come naturally to all users and visitors. The design is a logical construction kit of sand-coloured architectural concrete, aluminium, wood and glass in a restrained, sleek setting, where architecture, interior design and landscape are intertwined into an appropriate establishment at the site.
