The new company building of DCA in Beerse will be the symbol of its 50th anniversary and will also guarantee the further growth of DCA in the future. The building perfectly reflects what DCA stands for: connecting, corporate social responsibility, sustainability and humanity. This ambition has been architecturally translated into a triangular building with a patio as a highly cohesive and iconic form that connects these corporate parameters. As a result, the building presents itself as an ‘office villa’, an atypical office volume that can provide added value to the neighbourhood. A solitary building in a high quality and ‘contemporary park concept’ with the upper floors enveloped by a solar-protective bronze-coloured veil. In addition to the publicly accessible ground floor with accompanying conference facilities, both office floors have been constructed as flexible work floors where both the different working methods and the humane character are central. The building aims for a BREEAM Excellent score.
