Affordable break with conventions and built in a limited time frame. Thanks to its atypical shape, the plot on which the project is located lent itself to the use of a pavilion typology. The polygonal volume creates five façades, each with a unique orientation, allowing the house to explore and expose unusual perspectives and angles of the plot and its surroundings.
The ‘backbone’ that runs through the house and links all the common areas is reinforced by the flared terraces and the large view that connects the front with the back garden. In order to give each member of the family the chance to enjoy the house in peace and quiet, the private spaces are situated at opposite corners of the building.
The combination of a polygonal volume and the choice of an architectural ‘white box’ gives the house a fresh look with positive interaction between the built and natural environment as a result. (E-level 50/ K-level 32)
