Perspective has the special power to complement architecture and strengthen it in another dimension. Length plays an important role in this regard, but is a rare commodity in urban planning. Land is usually limited to a common depth. This sometimes leads to a lack of perspective and strength. This plot next to the water offers the unique possibility of building a volume of 42 m long. Such a long house requires a sculptural translation as a single whole. Hence the idea of providing the façades with prefabricated concrete slabs that function as a concrete spear on the embankment. The loft feeling is optimally generated by the visual relationships between all the functions and the view of a walled buffer space at the front. The cantilevered studio on the roof forms the cabin of this stacked duo house.
