Edgewater tower explores how a repeating facade module can give a hotel and residential tower a distinct identity within Miami’s Edgewater skyline. Slender vertical fins meet layered balconies and recessed bands, with openings adjusted to the views and privacy of each elevation. Warm off-white surfaces and bronze accents bring depth to the composition, connecting the scale of an individual terrace with the presence of the building along Biscayne Bay.
