CityCampus Gryson
The former Gryson industrial site in Anderlecht, occupying an area of 17,600 m², is being used by Citydev.Brussels for the development of a new SME park project for the agri-food sector, which is a perfect addition to the nearby campus of the CERIA-COOVI hotel school. The ambition to integrate production activities in a residential area is reinforced by extending the programme of this promotional assignment with social housing for the Brussels Regional Housing Company (BGHM) and with additional private student housing, intended for the various Brussels educational institutions.
The design not only meets the basic needs of housing and SME business activities, but also surpasses them by providing places that elevate the solidarity, social contact and identity of the site to a higher level. Competition project won in collaboration with ORG Permanent Modernity.
