The towers brings hospitality and residential living together in a proposed tower at the edge of Miami’s Brickell district. Terraces and elevated amenities introduce outdoor experiences throughout a dense vertical program, with a sky lobby above the podium and recreation at the crown. Through three architectural studies, BINST ARCHITECTS explores how facades can give buildings a recognizable identity in the skyline while shaping privacy, shade and views at the scale of each home.
