Aequor, living at the MAS, where water and docks unite with culture, gastronomy and first-class architecture, this spot gifts us a masterful location. An area in full transformation in which the former Havenhuis presents itself as a footprint of the last missing opportunity and necessary new building transformation in this intriguing part of the city.
This residential waterfront grandstand presents itself as a very simple, rigid, timeless and consistent configuration. A typical design with great attention to lockable terraces as an extension of all living spaces, as a maximum panorama of the Scheldt, as the only business seats on the MAS!
