Thorough conversion of a former 100 by 200 metre industrial spinning mill into office space. All facilities are positioned on the flat roof and covered with corrugated aluminium. The plinth is covered in blue Paepe-stone masonry and windows recessing about 1 metre from the wall surface. On top of this the piano nobile, almost entirely glazed and 4 metres high. Six cone-shaped skylights allow sufficient light into the centre of the building during the day and at night become the beacons of light marking the traffic in and out of Ghent.
